What does Serbia have to give up for this?

Nothing at all. That's the best part. This will have great benefit to the EU so that's why they are giving the money to Serbia.

Serbs have become like Roma people. They speak daily against EU, but have no problem with EU money. Would like to ask them how much money is coming from Russia?

Don’t be to happy there’s an underlying motive this is only an EU bribe, to get their way with Serbia. The EU needs Serbia to complete the hole that exists to close in on Russia.
