More BS form the masters of BS. You don't use a balloon to spy because its something that can be seen very clearly by the naked eye. It was a weather balloon that went astray as these things sometimes do just ask a meteorologist. Are the US trying to tell me that they have never lost a weather balloon? There are many better ways to spy rather than use a balloon.
