What a stupid comment. But let's play along, why don't you ask Stipe Mesic what happened to the Croatian community in Kosovo which was 30,000 or so, none left anymore. Zero, zilch.

Milanovic said that the fact that Ukrainians pathologically hate Russians is a fact, with the claim that "Croats did not hate Serbs so much" as, as he states, "those over there hate Russians".
I bet Jasenovac happened because Croats loved Serbs (to death).
Some valid comments made by Milanovic. However, he fails to mention that Yugoslavia was blueprint followed by NATO to dismantle Russia, but its not going to work since Putin took power. Croatia sending troops to Lithuania is not a good sign for the future survival of the Croatian state. In the same analogy, Greece sending S-300 to Ukraine gives Turkey carte blanche to do what it wants to the Greek islands. Be careful what we wish for and start being pragmatic and negotiating with Russia because the balance of power is shifting in Europe and elsewhere.

Croatian extremists led by Tudjman during the Yugoslav civil war is no different then Zelensky. The hatred against the Serbs is real and palpable from the HDZ and right wing extremists groups, no different than the Banderists in Ukraine.
