The Franco German plan is a great foundation and starting point to get both countries to agree on full normalization and mutual recognition between the two just as Rambouillet was a great foundation and starting point that finally ended the war between the two back in 1999 !!
It's good to have hope; however, UN Resolution 1244 takes precent over the Rambouillet Agreement. The former says, and your leaders signed it, that Kosovo is an autonomous region of Serbia. End of story! What's even worse Petey is that your boy Kurti is pissing off Vicic, and this won't bode well for any forthcoming talks. Also, you should know by now that Serbia will never recognize KiM as a country. The sooner you come to terms with this, maybe you can start building up the the economy in Kosovo to get your people out of poverty - at the moment you're no better than most third world countries. See the light Petey, it trying to shine on you....
