The difference is very simple.

Ukraine did not attack its neighbors, while Serbia (under the name of Yugoslavia) attached Slovenia, Croatia and BH.

Firstly, when did Serbia attack Slovenia? I seem to remember that Slovenian nationalists attacked JNA soldiers. I recall Slovenians going against the constitution of the country (their own country). Slovenia was a very small stand off and was not a war. Your post is pathetic and a lie.
Croatia was dofferent. Back in WW2 croat fascists murdered up to 1 million mostly Serbian civilians. Fact. Tudjmans plan was to cleanse croatia of Serbs (they didnt manage it in the 2nd WW). In the end croat nazis did expell half a million civilians. Fact.
Bosnia was an internal conflict because Serbs (and croats) didnt want to be dominated by muslims. By the way, Milosevic was exhonerated by the Hague (twice) of any wrongdoing in Bosnia. Fact.
As for Kosovo thats Serbian land. Terrorist kla formed in the early 90s, years before BG sent in forces to sort out the terrorists. Any country would have done the same. Why dont you tell the truth that albos always prepared to steal Serbian land.
