He seems like a decent man.

He is correct...Belgrade is a special world city and "champion" among cities, worldwide.

As for education ideals, how many "educated" are not smart, in the sense of basic common sense?

He seems to love the diversity of Belgrade, which is one reason it is so loved, and even during war time, was called "The Party Capital of the World" by the New York Times. This is not a small compliment and attests to the the great soul of Serbians, especially in Belgrade. No wonder so many have loved to visit, even so-called adversaries.
