Here is the problem with your "logic". If the US confiscates the Russian funds, then its open theft and this has been confirmed even by the US Treasury which has strongly advised the Biden administration to stay well away from doing anything like that because in the future NO ONE will invest a cracker in the US ever again for fear of having their money stolen.
But I hope they do take it LOL.

The plan for the U.S. will Beto use the funds compounded from Russia will be used to rebuild Ukraine. Unfortunately, the long term losers will be Russia and those that support her.
