Less CNN and you will be a little better informed. If Ukraine was defeating Russia then why is Ukraine screaming out for more weapons? Surely the existing weaponry is more than sufficient and secondly this would be the first time in military history that a country that does not dominate the air has managed to defeat another that actually rules those skies.
Croats and Albos defeat Serbia? Croatia, despite its "wealth" only has hand me downs from the US such as a couple of helicopters and now have ordered fighter jets from France that even their own retired military pilots have said they don't have the money to maintain them. Meanwhile the Albos are still trying to organise a breading program for donkeys to field an armoured mobile brigade.

You might want to check your sources, Russia has virtually destroyed the Ukraine Military piece by piece.

Albania army is virtually non existent, limited armor and advanced weapons. Croatia is a little bit better but Serbia would have little problems squashing both. As for the wars in the 90's, Serbia proper forces were held back or Croatia would not exist today.

Serbia needs a strong military, because Putin will come for you too like your neighbors.

Croatia has ordered 12 used Mirage planes. Serbia is in negotiations for 12 mew French Mirage planes and another 12 used British Typhoon planes. Serbia is also looking at brand mew M-18 helicopters. Suffice it to say, Croatia can be crushed both on and above ground. Croatia was recently hit by a Ukrainian drone in the middle of Zagreb which went through both Hungary and Croatian air space. That should tell you the state of the Croatian and NATO armed forces for that matter.
