Visa liberalisation has been promised for over 10 years for Kosovo. It has always been delayed and I doubt the new German govt will succeed due to opposition from other EU members. The new German govt talks tough but lacks the teeth for action. It will be the softest govt in history since the end of the 2nd war.

Let me just point out to the opposition before they start wetting their underwear. The Greens were vehemently against Nord Stream 2 until they came into government, but now it’s not so black and white but plenty of grey.
Remember that Germany does not have a good history in the Balkans and it would not be a pleasant thing for Serbia to accuse Germany of a revival of Nazism and please don’t post that Serbia’s chances of joining the EU are vaporising because Serbia will NEVER join that mad house to start off with.

Is all hot air and nothing more just like Biden's tough stance towards Russia. If Germanys wants to take a tough stance against Serbia then Berlin should tell their companies to depart Serbia and you might have something otherwise its all 100% BS or smoke and mirrors for people like you.
