The "dominant economic power in the region" - wow that is impressive. But wait, who are the competition in the region? Albania, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia. Well, that doesn't sound too impressive after all, does it?

I visited Yugoslavia 25 years ago and just went this past summer for another visit. The difference is incredible. Serbia is way way better off than before. I can see why the neighbours and certain trolls are unhappy.
