Just think how much bloodshed, destruction and trauma could have been avoided if Izetbegovic hadn't pulled out of the Cutileiro agreement in 1992 and a cantonal structure was implemented.

The Dayton peace accord is just a temporary band aid with a best before use shelf life, nothing more.
The NATO led bloc created this chaos. This chaos was applied to Kosovo afterwards, then Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria etc. There is no such thing as a peace accord, it's only a conflict that's temporarily frozen until it starts to melt or explode.

“Ivor Roberts, pointed out that the agreement should have served as a glue that would connect the warring debris into a common state.”

The so called glue that connected the people was called Yugoslavia. The “debris” created by the NATO-led neo-Ustashe and SDA-fundamentalist is just that... garbage countries that the idiots who created this mess have no idea how to fix.

They all start the same. They see the problem then in the last paragraphs its grovel and cow tail to the US. Biden has dementia and his team are stuck in the 1990s where the US ruled. Its 2021 going on to 2022 and the geopolitical situation has dramatically changed.
What is Pablo Escobar going to do? Oh yes sanctions. Serbs be afraid very afraid you will not be allowed to go to the US if sanctions come to play.
Deluded Americans.
