What he is trying to say is that he prefers conflict so that after the fallout, they can easily control the countries like they did in the 90s.

You are wrong there is one country called Serbia who has trouble with most of its neighbours. The other Balkan countrys and people have good relations.

Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro and Kosovo has all problem with Serbia. If you cut Serbia out of the Map and put it somewhere else then it would ne no problem or war in the Balkans.

Serbia want their neighbours territory and dominance. Even if you would give them RS, Montenegro and Kosovo they would want more. Its in their nature because they came from an another continent by grabing other peoples land.
