Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama says one of his government's top priorities is to hold the first intergovernmental conference on European integration.
Rama also pledged "to lobby for the recognition of Kosovo with all countries of the world"

If USA, the once upon a time country called Great Britain, Germany etc cannot convince other countries that do not wish to recognise Kosovo, how is Albania going to achieve this?
