Assets/aid frozen or not, people will leave if not happy.
Prospering economy, famine, dictatorship, East Germany, USSR etc, history has shown that people have always left freely or against their will.
Has anyone wrote a report how many Americans have actually left America for countries like Australia, Canada and New Zealand?

Translation? If the EU or west places sanctions or freezes Afghanistan's funds then there will be a tsunami of refugees heading for the west. Simple as that.
