EU or no EU, Serbia will not, nor ever relinquish Kosovo.
It's basically like moving out of your own house and giving it to a stranger for free.
All the bombings and sanctions has still not forced Serbia to give it up.
USA and NATO after 20 years left Afghanistan so they will give up forcing Serbia sometime soon.

There is nothing to resolve. Kosovo belongs to Serbia and that is that.

I must confess that Djuko is not as stupid as I initially thought or perhaps he has good advisers. He said that Vucic wants to create a Greater Serbia by getting rid of all Albos in Kosovo and all Montenegrins in Montenegro.
He forgot to add that Croatia will also disappear off the map of Europe.
Plans for Kosovo are going as planned; no jobs, no future prospects leads to migration.
Montenegro's population is 80% Serbs so they will push out the Montenegrins out the door.
Croatia has been stagant for a very long time. No one has invested there for the last 20 years if not longer. Coupled with the massive corruption more and more are leaving so no more Krovatia. I read that Milanovic claims the Croat economy is far better than the Serbian economy. Here is how you test that one. Zagreb refuses to take any more money out of the EU Fund and see how their economy goes ha,ha,ha.
I hear Djuko is going to Croatia; yes one slime balls meeting many more. If Djuko is worried what he will do after he loses the Presidency, I suddggest he become the Patriarch of the Monte Orthodox Church and he could hold services every Sunday.

I have written it here before, and I will say to you no Albanian is escaping Kosovo, it’s obvious that people are leaving for Jobs so they can improve their life style. Like myself, I have worked in München for 3 years now. I have build my home in Kosovo 3 stories high, and now I want to build a pool for my family.
The village I live, before the war. There was 12 Albanian Houses Families, 3 Serbian, Old folks, nice people.
After the war, 20 years on. We have 103 Families/ Houses, and growing. Now, No Serbs as the old folks past away and no families to pass on.

I have a old video of 1999, of our village burned to the ground by the Serbian Paramilitary, I also I have a video of how it is now. They will soon be up on YouTube for you and the world to see.

You worked for 3 years in Germany. It means others, like you, work outside Kosovo and send money back home, but you do not live there. You see if you did not work in Germany your family would not have that house, pool and in fact they would starve.
In 1999 Kosovo had 1.8 million Albos. Today its 900,000 and some say less.
In 2019, the Pristina Group for Legal and Political Studies survey said that 48.4% of the population in Kosovo is ready to leave. The reasons given were due to economic, political and social hopelessness.
While more than 60% of citizens would consider permanent migration.
