This means they can declare independence with no international laws being broken, but according to the advisory opinion it is illegal to actually become independent without seeking approval from the Court. Thus, the Albos only declared independence, but an application is required to be lodged to have it officially approved by the Court. No application has ever been lodged.

Everyone knows the ICC is always biased and rigged to go against Serbia. If the Kosovo independence is legal as claimed, then why is there no Kosovo UN membership, EU membership, Interpol membership etc.
