It is time for the EU and NATO to become realistic about Serbia and for Washington D.C. to send a clear signal that NATO will protect all of Serbia's neighbors.

NATO is no longer a “defense alliance” and its Charter is void due to its recent actions in the former Yugoslavia and the Middle East Spring. In fact, it has turned into an aggressive military alliance governed by the law of the jungle.
