The retrial was ORDERED by the US just like the US ORDERED the murder of Oliver Ivanovic and just how the US ORDERED the Albos to stop Serbs from celebrating Vidovdan in Kosovo recently.

The world (excluding the west naturally, or some do but dare not speak for fear of retribution) knows why this is being done but only the US thinks this new decision is historic.
