In any major conflict there is rarely innocents, on either side; however, I like to look at the instigator and then the response by the other side. In case you don't know this, so I'll share it with you, the Albanians started perpetrating violent crimes against Serbian civilians well before the conflict in the early 90's (actually it all started shortly after Tito's death) - well documented, but yet also a pretty well hidden fact. Rape and murder were not uncommon for the Serbian minority in KiM, and these crimes virtually went unpunished. So, there's a saying, "enough is enough", now you know the rest of the story. The Serbs were protecting their land and their people in KiM against an onslaught from an Extremist Terrorist Group know as the KLA - so here we are!
