I see Professor Sewer is now at Johns Hopkins University. The university must be scraping the bottom of the barrel now employing him and since their prediction last year that the US was the best prepared for a pandemic.
So even Sewer sees that Serbia will never recognise Kosovo. I’m amazed that this occurred since Serbia has been repeating it over and over, no recognition LOL.
Now how does sewer man explain all this? Yes, the Serbian economy is bad so Kosovo is used, but what about the US economy? If you apply the 1992 criteria in unemployment, it would not be 7.9% but 28%, but if you included all furloughed employees it’s more like 38% or 60 million people.
Perhaps people like Sewer are too stupid to grasp that Serbia has no interest in joining the EU plus even if all criteria was met the world economic situation would not make it possible for the EU to take on any new members until 2040 or later. The world economy will not improve until 2030.
I doubt any the agreement will be implemented. So, status quo for Albos and rot away in Kosova.

Might it be going to Kosovo to visit an ancestors grave leads to being stoned or worse be the reason many Serbs are scared to go? This guys a fool then, and is a fool now.
