Disagree, this is not a matter of blackmail but a matter of right and wrong. Now if EU says it's wrong of Turkey to enter these waters because agreement states that, then Turkey is wrong.
Just because Greece doesn't want to start an armed conflict (which is exactly what Turkey wants) doesn't make them wrong. Maybe they don't think they could win alone, again doesn't make them wrong.
The problem here is that one NATO country is provoking another NATO country into war. What will NATO do to fix this is anyone's guess. Turkey needs this conflict as an excuse to flood Europe with "migrant" they have been training for war for a few years now.

Some guys with large biceps and quick reflexes excel at a sport. A company buys their "name," puts it on shoes, manufactures them in a sweat shop in Bangladesh, and you pay $125 for them.
