You cannot break a legally binding contract no matter how much you hate this or that parapraph. In any event where a contract is broken, the breaking entity is in default and needs to make immediate attempts to rectify the situation or dispute the claim....

Stating "because we did this we do not have to worry about this" is not going to work as the disputing party is going reject your claim.

Serbia can drag this out for decades, how many companies are going to waste their scarce resources in place that might not exist tomorrow, not many it's the equivalent of building a house on sand. You cannot build an economy on remittance.
At the current pace in 10 years Serbia will be light years ahead, and with better economics comes better relation between countries. For example Serbia and Hungary have never had better friendship than they do now, in time Hungary will revoke the recognition of Kosovo, so will a post Djukanovic montengro, so will the Czech Republic, I suspect Poland/Bulgaria / Italy will do they same.
