The people of Montenegro are fine, its just their dictator Djukanovic who is a western puppet. Djukanovic fixes elections and thats why he has been in power for many years. But I think he will be deposed by the end of the year.
NB, can you tell me how Djukanovic thinks its safe to allow Germans in (180,000+ cases of corona) but not Serbs with just over 12k cases.??
