How can this be a Russian project when its Chinese money?
Belize? I was in Belize in May 2019 and it is one of the most impoverish countries on earth. I entered the country from Mexico and the Belizean border customs was something out of a 1940s movie, desk with a small glass separating the official and no metal/explosive detection equipment.
Plus, if you change dollars into local currency you have to spend it before leaving as its worthless outside the country. We were picked up by vehicle, but the local bus service from the border to Belize City, a 3-hour trip, is fondly refereed to as the “chicken run”.
All buses are old US school vehicles. So, what was that again about trains in Belize?

I assume that you are related to the fake Serb MSG, and you buy diesel because you think no one can afford a gasoline powered car in Serbia, and as MSG, you believe there is no gasoline sold or used in Serbia.
Idiot, no one believes MSG stupidities or your stupidity that you are now buying fleets of many cars in MNG of all places.

This is a dirty Russian project.
I am often visiting Belize.
Belize has nicer and faster trains, than Russia.
Serbia should ask Belize, not Russia to help building railways.
