Kon replies to Djokovic: Maestro, avoid talking about vaccine

Kon, you live in the last century whereby opinions should only be expressed on a particular subject where one has a degree perhaps in a relevant field of interest. The world has changed, people have access to much more information now meaning that people are much more informed than before and, on the issue of vaccines, there’s plenty of evidence available for all sorts of vaccines that were previously considered safe but years later found to be harmful hence endless lawsuits.

Surely we have the right to decide what we put in our bodies and what we don't?
Whether one agrees with Novak or not is not the point. He has every right to express his opinion regardless of him not having a degree in medicine. Has anyone considered that he has access to people who are experts in that field? If only people holding PHDs are allowed to comment and make decisions then it would certainly knock out most of our parliaments for they take advise of people who are supposed to be experts and make decisions accordingly.
So then why can't Novak be allowed to express his opinion? I have my children vaccinated so I can't be accused of being against it but I too don't have complete confidence in any vaccine produced under duress. Every time we have pro vaccine people speaking they tend to trot out the Polio vaccine etc. That vaccine has been around for a very long time and we can see the long term affects of it but what they are producing now hasn't been around that long and I can understand people being weary.

Considering there is currently no vaccine, I see no point in this report.

Not being vaccinated is a danger to others, that is why some countries won’t allow a child to start school without having the necessary vaccinations. I hope this message sheds a little light on the matter for you.
