Can’t believe that this is even called a agreement as NATO bound by international laws and standards so in actuality this agreement in fact is Null & Void as Hashim Thaci does not have the power to sign any Secret documents with any state, organization, ETC without first consulting The Republic Of Kosova’s Parliament which must first ratify any agreement!
This is indeed a easy FIX!!! Thank god we live in a world of Checks & Balances!
