Keep them separate and week easy to control. Would love to see some type of Balkan Federation with real cooperation and understanding amongst its inhabitants so they stop being abused by the West.It would be a real powerhouse on a global level.

Im not surprised by his statement. The more partitioned the Balkans are, the easier it is for EU, USA and NATO to control. Frozen conflict is big business for the big corporations on Wall St.
USA and its military needs to be removed from the Balkans and let the people decide how to live.
