The only way for the “Mini” to be accepted by the other countries is if Serbia recognize Kosovo and for Kosovo to be a member of the “Mini”.

These beaches became an ecologic and infrastructural disaster.
Cyprus or Greece is a much better choice.

The prices can be low in Albania, the language is a problem and count with the doctor visits after the vacation to deal with infections you got there.

A short visit inside of the country is maybe a better idea - but there is far less to see there than in any province of Italy.
