This may come as a terrible shock for you but there are many smarter people out in the big world than you. Your purpose in life is to make silly commentary and nothing more.
Finally the western Balkans see that the EU is a fairy tale story. This agreement will bring greater benefits to the nations that signed rather than joining the EU. They still retain their sovereignty, border control, immigration control, customs and traditions. Over time, results will show and the people in the region will be happy. If Bosnia and Montenegro join, it will be even better. This should have happened a long time ago but the EU and USA at the time was preventing it from happening behind the scenes.

IF YOU COUNT SERBIA, ALBANIA, MACEDONIA, BOSNIA, MONTENEGRO, GREECE, BULGARIA, ROMANIA, CROATIA, SLOVENIA, HUNGARY, AND TURKY PLUS WE HAVE UKRAINE, RUSSIA, AND CHINA. IT BECOMES BIG MARKET A LOT OF PEOPLE IMPORTANT GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION. TOURISM, TRADE, EDUCATION, HOSPITALS ENERGY BETTER LIFES FOR BALKANS. EU IS GETTING OLD AND DYING THEY ONLY WANT US TO KEEP US AS SERVANT NOT TO SEE US AS PARTNERS. BUT THE SECRET TO THIS IS PEACE AND MUTUAL RESPECT.
