Well let's see: the so-called "mini Schengen" includes Serbia, Macedonia, and Albania, so Pristina (Kosovo) is already included since it's part of Serbia. Don't know why Cakaj needs to be all specific. I mean if he needs clarification, anything "Schengen" means free trade, which of course implies Kosovo isn't being compliant with its 100% tax on goods from Bosnia and the rest of Serbia everyone is still buying through the black market.
All things Albanian here should be cross-categorized under Humor and Believe It or Not :)
