let me walk you through this.
you claim that a winner of a nobel prize in liturature should be held to your political standards. I asked you if you would hold other recipients of the prize to those standards, and if you have investigated any offending political statements that were made by the winners of the nobel prize in physics or chemistry.
They are all nobel winners, yet you singled out one nobel winner based upon a political statement that you were aware they made. So from that perspective, considering my point, they is an equivalency.
however the crux of the matter is why should any of these award winners in a field that is NOT politics (in your humble opinion) be held to your personal political standards?
do we not measure a footballer on their prowess on the field? was the croatian great luca modric measured on his footballing to win the balon d'ore or was he measured on his political opinions?
so, can you explain why your political opinion should be considered when awarding a nobel prize in literature?
