McAllister: Serbia had to ensure exit strategy for the Agreement with Eurasian Union

I do Not speak for the Serbian Government, but we Know that Serbia will Never join Nazi NATO, and Perhaps Serbia may join the European Union Army, after Anglo America has left Continental Europe, which would Not include Cyprus, because it is Not on the Mainland of Continental Europe, but it may include Gibraltar, because that, is on the Mainland of Continental Europe.

Now if Serbia is going to all the trouble to sign a free trade agreement with the union of Eurasian countries why would it include any clauses to terminate such agreement? I'm no expert on trade agreements but why bother going through the process only to extinguish that agreement in say a couple of years down the track? These agreements generally don’t get reviewed for a minimum of 30 years.
Sadly, these EU officials are as thick as a brick, and I have colleagues who have dealt with people like McAllister. As one colleague said you leave a meeting and shake your head mentally asking yourself how do these people manage to attain such positions?
But enough about that. Let’s predict what will happen. Serbia will do nothing of the kind and the EU will huff and puff and they will deal with it as they always have – buckle. Remember the EU mantra? Discussions to join the EU will not occur unless Serbia recognises Kosovo??????? Yet here we are chapter after chapter LOL.
When the time comes the EU will allow Serbia to join with all trade agreements and no sanctions against Russia.

It is possible to have more trading partners.
But when Serbia is a full member of EU they may leave Eurasian Union until then stop making from 2+2=5,and song&dance.

It will be interesting to see if Serbia can move close enough toward the EU to make joining a real possibility. But, again, I'm not sure that the EU is all that it's cracked up to be. Legal and economic reforms would take us a long way, with or without EU membership.

What can I say? People with no vision call it day dreaming and yet Serbia is the only part of the old Yugoslavia moving forward. Yes it might look like day dreaming to you but who cares as long as Serbia moves forward. Its not just being pro Serbia, as Serbia has many shortfalls, but its the potential that exists in Serbia. Why do you think all this industry is moving to Serbia? for rest and recreation? List all the industry that has moved to Croatia or Slovenia or perhaps Montenegro or BiH or Macedonia.

I understand your point. However, I have seen many weird and wonderful arrangements come out of "it’s impossible. Watch the Brexit deal.
Personally, I will cheer the day Serbia declares it’s not joining the EU.
I can’t see why Serbia would go through the free trade agreement treadmill only to throw it out the window in a short time just to join the EU. I see more value in free trade agreements with China, Russia and central Asia than the EU. Currently, Serbia can export all the pork it can process through its abattoirs to China with no limit on tonnage.
Every new EU member has had their agricultural industry trashed so EU conglomerates can sell their products.
The EU officials live in Lalaland where its constantly 1990. The level of indoctrination in the EU bureaucracy is such that they cannot believe anyone would resist prosperity. So how prosperous are Serbia’s neighbours?
In a recent Pentagon paper written about NATO members naval capability, Thomas-Durell Young, Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California, said Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia were too poor to spend on their navies.

This is from a business point of view impossible. Than products from the other trading agreements could come to EU without customs and also EU products could come to the other trading agreements without customs. No side would allow that, neither EU nor the other trading agreement organisations.
