I love this initiative. Kosovo's Albanian leadership makes up numbers because they know that the American public will believe what they hear. Why? The public is busy with their own lives and has little time to dig deep into the evidence. Thus, when someone with seeming authority like a former Kosovan president says 20 thousand women were raped, they'll believe it. Now it's time to present the truth. However, the Serbian authorities must be prepared for counter measures. The Albanian lobby, as you know, is quick to call Serbs liars. Thus, I'd prepare a variety of pieces of evidence to show how Engel and others are benefiting from their propaganda work.
