Serbian Ministry of Defense claims: USA isn't the biggest donor of military equipment

Beggars can't be choosers. Impressive 40 to 50+ year old equipment and 100's of millions paid for it to "refurbish" it. The biggest "donation" was from former Yugo republics aka stole by incorrigible poor Serbia.
