At the moment when the explosion was heard, Dacic was speaking with the president of Somalia, who "jumped up when the blast was heard."

"We are used to this, we have been bombed (by NATO)," Dacic said at that point, Tanjug is reporting, while the Somali president told him that if he had Westerners there, they would have immediately fleed.

But the title of this article is "Dacic's plane breaks down - after avoiding terrorist attack". How did he "avoid" this terrorist attack? By jumping like everyone else?

In the States, we have a tune "white men can't jump," so I guarantee you that Dacic was in more danger than the Somali minister.

It's like the time I walked a friend through the forest where bears live. At the end she thanked me for walking her but I said, "No, no, I thank you. Because I needed someone I could outrun." ;)
