We can disqualify these sources as they are not historians, and I couldn't find anything they wrote on Albanians.

Konstandin Paparigopulos (You spelled this name wrong as well. It has 2 Rs in his last name. First of all I sympathize with any victim regardless of who they are but don't hold your breath. Just because she is an American citizen doesn't give her a ticket to some victory.
There are many, many, rape victims from that war on all sides. If her case was taken up who would they go after? Does she even know who that was? Albanian history is so hard to trace because your people have converted and assimilated with every occupier that crossed your path to lead easier lives. Thus, there are no ancient manuscripts, no kingdoms, no battles and wars won and no real cultural identity. And more recently, Albanians are trying to claim that medieval Serbian churches were actually Albanian. Shameful!

And please explain why, if the Albanians are Europe's oldest people, have made the least progress? Look at what the Italians have done with their history, the Russians, the Germans and even the Serbs. First of all I sympathize with any victim regardless of who they are but don't hold your breath. Just because she is an American citizen doesn't give her a ticket to some victory.
There are many, many, rape victims from that war on all sides. If her case was taken up who would they go after? Does she even know who that was?
