London boy, Kosovo will not join Albania. Not a chance, and for so many reasons. For one thing it would open up a can of worms... And of course Kosovo is a part of Serbia (see UN papers).
For K Albos it would be far better to stay with Serbia. Reasons; you have autonomy, Serbia has attracted billions in investments and standards and incomes going up. No investments in Kosovo. And Albania is not exactly doing well either, is it? K Albos would also get visa free travel (unlike with Kosovo or Albanian passports).
Just put the hatred aside for a moment and really think about it. It makes sence for so many reasons.
