I read an article yesterday, written by an Albanian, that discussed a leaked document on the final settlement. I have to say again, Staff somehow has information we're not privy to. From what I read, the deal should be agreed on by late May, signed late June, and implemented late November 2019. I think everyone will be a little unhappy - Serbs and Albanians, especially the nationalist in both groups.

according to kfor the people committing these acts are serbs who are staging a training exercise near kosovo border to create chaos in the area. kfor reports that this is not the first incident stages by serb security personnel and that a list of names participating in these acts has been send to kosovo security services and are being monitored.

It was probably some Serbian kids of Albanian descent being kids while in search for food and lumber.
