Only one reason why the expansion has stopped and it has nothing to do with reforms. The EU economies have been stagnant for years now and even the printing of money has not worked. Brussels is having difficulty meeting its financial obligations to existing members let alone new ones. Existing member countries that rely on the EU Fund have had to cut their budgets because Brussels has reduced the amount of money available to them.
Old financial proverb" money does not grow on trees". Naturally this does not apply to Albos who think it does.

Serbia should be greatful to France. It was already known that Serbia was never to become a member, it was only a carrot so that Serbia would relinquish Kosovo. I am glad that the cat is finally out of the bag, because now, Serbia has the green light to fight for the entire Kosovo. The EU is a sinking ship and this was indirectly stated that they have to clean up their own shop. Britain is going and it won't be to long before the entire EU disintegrates. Welcome back Kosovo, just a matter of time!!

Religion is not really an issue and after today’s event where Cardinal George Pell was found guilty of paedophilia the Church will not recover from this. Romania and Bulgaria are Orthodox countries and Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark are not Catholic plus Germany is predominantly non-Catholic.

The only reason Croatia and Slovenia were accepted was the fear that they could fall under the influence of Russia much like Romania and Bulgaria. In other words, Brussels eyes were bigger than their stomach.

What Serbia’s friends are not telling her is that she fouled her nest eons ago. Yet, sj is still trying to cover her stench by lighting a match.

People in the Balkans have to realize that they are not joining the EU. Not Serbia. Not Kosova. Not Albania. Not Macedonia. Not Montenegro. Not Bosnia.

Why? There is a few factors that play in this.

1. Religion. Majority of EU states are Roman Catholic. Hence why Croatia got the green light. Where Serbs are orthodox. Albanians are mostly Muslim.
Western Europe and the Catholic Church are not fond of either of those 2 and to accept them into the EU is not going to happen easy or never at all.

2.Corruption. The Balkans are the most corrupt countries in Europe by far and it easy to notice. Average wage is about 250-300 euros in that whole region. Where politicians are worth millions. More then the politicians in the WEST.

3.Fatigue. The EU is fatigued with poor countries joining. Such as Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and such. They know that the balkan states are all poor and know that majority will migrate to the WEST to work and such and not to forget the Arab factor. They got millions of refugees who are nothing but leeches to the welfare system of EU as they are lazy and unskilled.
