They did not do as they have BEEN told by EU,CEFTA and USA so 'ROGUE' KOSOVO IS FACING SANCTIONS.

He tried to embarrass the young Albanian foreign minister, by stating that “Kosovo had sent two foreign ministers to the meeting”, because the Albanian foreign ministers is originally from Kosovo. However the Albanian foreign minister promptly replied. “Kosovo has sent three foreign ministers” as Dacic himself was born in Prizren, Kosovo. Dacic is used to mesmerising ignorant Turks with his belly dancing skills, and has little to offer in terms of diplomacy and whit.

Breaking news:

They are on their way to meet with important people in the White House #1, White House #2 and Pentagon.

Visa is no problem for White House #1 and Pentagon anymore. And Kosovo passport is no problem for White House #2. Pacolli bribed both.

Now he can be the boss in White House #2 - I think he already has the necessary passport.
As for White House #1 he needs some more work to do, but for him not even that is impossible.
