Crisis eh? And here I thought Kosovo was a center of economic expansion and development. What with the 100000% tax on anything serbo-slavic-chetnic-millosheviq-nazi I would have thought would have been swimming in cash like Scrooge McDuck! :)
Buyer beware and ensure you do due diligence as it is obvious there is no legitamcy to anything the so-called Kossova*** claims to sell.
Not even UNMIK had this capability to sell Serbian sovereign property. Serbian Govt must act on this illegal sale of any infrastructure that still remains governed by UN 1244
Be sure that this will cause more issues for any purchaser then its worth given there is no proof of ownership other than Serbian.
