RS can take control of its borders overnight, warns Dodik
Bosnia-Herzegovina Presidency chair Milorad Dodik will hold a meeting in Banja Luka with representatives of parliamentary parties from the Serb Republic (RS).
The problem here is there are not enough Albos in these areas to break away since Serbs outnumber you guys. Second the EU does not need any more beggar states since they are already weighted down with an economic nightmare called Kosova.
Let’s say that Serbia recognizes Kosovo and gives you Preshavo and Bujanovc etc and RS joins Serbia, Belgrade would not have lost a thing in that transaction. In fact, it would be a win win situation if they did just that but the Albos would still be up s*** creek without a paddle and your lot would be begging to go to Serbia to look for employment because there is nothing in Kosovo or Preshavo or Bujanovac.
Pristina now talks of selling Kosovo Telecom because its in a financial crisis. In any part of Europe, Asia or America’s these companies are ranked as one of the most profitable on the stock exchange except in Kosovo and you think the EU will support Preshavo breaking away LOL.

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS OUTSIDE POLITICS OF CREATION OF BIG SERBIA AND FAILURE OF POLITICIANS IN BOSNJA . SO WE HAVE AGRESSION AND WAR. BUT I WOULD SAY SERBS IN BOSNJA HAVE THE RIGHT OF SEF DETERMINATIONS IF THEY DON'T LIKE TO LIVE WITH OTHER PEOPLE IN BOSNJA. I THINK IT SHOULD BE DONE WITH HONESTY AND NEGOTIATIONS.IN PEACEFULL MANER.
@bert, if a ethnic group is a majority population in any country in any province or suburb, does that guarantee automatic independence?
Why doesn't USA give the Albanian minority autonomy or put the Albanian language in their own constitution??
Latino race are the biggest population in USA and they don't claim independence, autonomy or language recognition.
Why do Albanians make a big deal in the Balkans?
Kosovo declared independence in 08 yet no Albanian from around the world moved there.

as far as can be seen when using the kosovo process, all rs needs to do is hold their referendum, and then make the declaration.
is the bosnian constitution somehow different and stronger than the serbian, or english? did not the icj say that it is within legal boundaries for a subsection of a country to delcare independence from the parent country without including the whole of the nation in the voting process? are these not the very legs that croatia, slovenia bih and kosovo stood on when declaring their independence from jugoslavia and or serbia?
if somehow the dayton agreement is stronger than a constitution that might be a different case, but it isn't.
where is rs acting differently?
if your argument requires that you dig up some 20 year old event to apply to today, please provide with irrefutable rationale how far back one can go into history to apply to an argument that strictly involves current and future times.
