Perhaps I know a little more than you. Well Kosovo has 4.8% growth but no industry and yet its an economic miracle. How? Well now days they count money sent back to Kosovo as part of its GDP. Same applies to Albania.

Well said. I'm not Albanian but have experience with Croatia. A previous post suggested the diaspora return home and bring money etc. BAD idea. The bureaucracy will make their lives a living hell. Start a business? If you are corrupt and have connections perhaps, but when you stop bribing them you are finished. In the long run it will change but only when local people are fed up and force change for the right reasons; forget about the EU USA Russia or corrupt politicians. Kosovo could be a bridge between Serbia and Albania and profit from both; forget greater Albania. Make Kosovo as Serbian as Albanian and start from the premise that anybody from anywhere would want to live there.

Great Albania actually may be created possible within 15-20 years and not because Albanians want it but because the big powers have plans already under way. How it will happen not sure yet perhaps they will offer lots of money or kind of perks to Albania just to accept migrants and place them there instead allowing them to Central and Western Europe therefore they will attache Kosovo and other majority Albanian speaking neighbouring territories. It is inevitable.

Kosovo and the modern state of Albania, are not Greater Albania. This is just the beginning. We have allot more land to repatriate, and I mean allot more. Navi, You are very wrong. Albanians can go as far away as USA and Australia and they will always come back and play a huge role in Kosova. A perfect example is how during the war Albanians were spread all over the world as refugees but came back to Kosova as soon as the war was over, leaving a very good life behind in those countries. Albanians never forget their roots.

It is funny how Serbia thinks that their opinions of what Kosova does have any importance whatsoever. I’m Albanian and I don’t care if great Albania will come true or not, it’s not about getting more territory or being against someone else.
What we should aim is peace and cooperation, if that means great Albania then let it happen, if that means recognising Kosovo then I’ll be happy with that too.
Everything that makes people to be together for a common purpose it’s the goal we should all partecipate.

Obviously, you’re not Albanian, otherwise you would know Albania does offer citizenship to all Albanians through out the world. Albanians don’t need a Natural Albania, furthermore, and more importantly, religion has never separated Albanians, since most Albanians do not practice their religion or are Agnostic. To say that being Tosk or Gheg matters to Albanians only shows your ignorance about us.

Great Albania actually may be created possible within 15-20 years and not because Albanians want it but because the big powers have plans already under way. How it will happen not sure yet perhaps they will offer lots of money or kind of perks to Albania just to accept migrants and place them there instead allowing them to Central and Western Europe therefore they will attache Kosovo and other majority Albanian speaking neighbouring territories. It is inevitable.

Well said. I'm not Albanian but have experience with Croatia. A previous post suggested the diaspora return home and bring money etc. BAD idea. The bureaucracy will make their lives a living hell. Start a business? If you are corrupt and have connections perhaps, but when you stop bribing them you are finished. In the long run it will change but only when local people are fed up and force change for the right reasons; forget about the EU USA Russia or corrupt politicians. Kosovo could be a bridge between Serbia and Albania and profit from both; forget greater Albania. Make Kosovo as Serbian as Albanian and start from the premise that anybody from anywhere would want to live there.

Serbia don’t need to worry about big Albania.nobody cares in Albania about that,even if it will happen is not in Albanian tradition to hurt anybody, serbs know that.all you have to do is try and go in the summer in the seaside in Albania and go after in Budva and see where people are nicer!

@ari: they will not at least not the once you wish to come. It is like with serbs living abroad, they left or grow already up in another country and they will never give up their lifes there. There are cases were Kosovo Albanians lost their statues of beeing refugees, when Kosovo was declared save and they were forced to go back, because they did not want to go back with their children.
