Hey "Little Stepinac", even a simpleton like you can't possibly believe that Russia doesn't support Serbia. It's called political strategy! They abstain from the vote to appease the the Western countries, knowing all to well what the outcome was going to be. Now, just wait a bit and you'll see who the new president of Interpol will be, yeah, more than likely a Russian - looks like you're Albanians friend will be waiting a long time to join this organization. Actually, I was FOR them joining, it would have cleaned out half the outlaws and criminals from the fenced in Ghetto (self-created).
