Kosovo is independent. In 30 years there will be no Serbs left in Kosovo. I guess Serbia has to wait 30 years to join EU.

This Serbian-Albanian negotiation will last another 30 years, just like the Greek-Macedonian. So be patient in the next 30 years - and outside the EU. Take it easy.

It is neither up to the USA nor Russia to decide about that. A solution has to be found within the citizens of the area.

The problem here. seems to me, is BG is willing to work something out and pristina, emboldened by the support of "friends" (for now) doesn't seem it wants to compromise or negotiate.
All will eventually fall into place, milom ili silom;)

I am aware that the scum at power in pristina and belgrade would try to avoid that. The problem of the citizens are the world powers and the own governments.

Kosovo* may believe itself partially independent (though in reality it's really not, it is VERY dependent on certain great powers). But most importantly, it is not recognized by a whoooole lot of countries.

So partially independent (and that's a stretch), not recognized by a large number of others. Huh, dunno. That kinda stinks, man.

No Serbs left in Kosovo? How do you think that will happen? Ethnic cleansing? Oh boy, just you try. See what happens.

Yesterday a French tv channel, Canal+ showed the documentary entitled "Russia our enemies", describing the alliance of Albania after the WWI. After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, Albania turned to the West, it was said, but four experts concerning Albania said , quote, " Albania is most corrupted country in the Balkans, ruled by the most dangerous world Mafia,which is now installed in Kosovo. Therefor it should not enter the EU. Kosovo's Albanians are those Mafia members who pretend to take also the so called Preshevo Valley." So it is clear who is who, and you are proud of it.
