(Who, 24 October 2018 13:05)

I don’t give a f**** about democracy. No country practices it especially the US. They have had 166 years of two-party rule – imagine it, in 166 years only Republicans and democrats have been elected to power and no one else???? Now that’s democracy.
The US complains that Russia meddles in their internal affairs, but in the same breath they meddle in Macedonia and everywhere else.
Its called hypocrisy.

Of course, its fraud. What else can you call it? They held a referendum and only 36% voted and of that number 16.5% said NO. The rest avoided voting simply to sidestep manipulation by the forces of democracy and declaring an astounding yes vote.
So according to the rules they needed over 50% of the voters to vote YES. Referendums are not legally binding in most countries, but they are the wishes of the people and in normal societies they are acted upon.
Now bear in mind the Brits held the Brexit referendum and even today are still holding to that vote, but not in Macedonia. Zaev declared that 91% voted for the changes LOL. The US then send a letter threatening Macedonia’s opposition, democratically of course, and behold the vote to change name was adopted.
In many ways its like recognition of Kosovo. Its only now coming out that many countries were threatened by the US to recognise Kosovo and some were not aware they had recognised it. Their names just appeared on the list.
Now we see how democracy works ala American style LOL.

How are the Macedonian MPs doing this when there were not enough referendum votes in favour of the change? This is 'democracy.'' A government just does what it wants, no matter what citizens vote.No wonder the US loves dropping democracy bombs all over the world.

I'm sure there was some pressure, but not to the extent described by Russia, who is just pandering to diaspora groups who have already made wild claims on social media (as usual).
