The solution to the Kosovo issue, which implies change of borders, is possible only if the EU and the UNSC agree on it, beside Belgrade and Pristina.

The UN has no say in what two countries decide to agree on. The UN objected to the Humanitarian Bombing of Serbia in 1999, however, NATO farted in their face and did what was right. Then, the UN got involved and acted as if they were in agreement with NATO all along. The UN should stick to what it does best such as sending milk to starving babies in Africa!
