On the contrary, December 17, 1941 Albania declared war on the US along with Croatia, Bulgaria and Romanian Nazi states. Serbia never declared war on the US or its allies as it was occupied and terrorised by the Nazi's. The so called Nazi quisling in Serbia Nedic never declared war on the US or its allies, the same with Marshal Petain in France, both controversial figures and war heroes in World War I.

So, the onus is on the Serbs to acquire the ability to become trustworthy - again, easier said than done.

Albania is usually associated with drugs and corruption as negatives, and good looks and food as positives. Serbs are usually seen as warlike as a negative, but competitive as a positive. When the Serbs get observed for a very very long time to have become people worthy to be trusted for a very very long time to come - easier said than done - then Albanians will cease to distrust them.
So, the onus is on the Serbs to acquire the ability to become trustworthy - again, easier said than done.

Yugoslavs in the UK after WW2 had an excellent reputation as hard workers and good integrators having survived a very nasty episode in which many were killed, enslaved and otherwise mistreated. Tito had created a tolerable communist state (unlike the others which were correspondingly intolerable) and again Yugoslavs were well liked and respected.
Prior to the troubles in the 90s word went out that wars were going to break out in Yugoslavia, and it should be understood that:

On the contrary, December 17, 1941 Albania declared war on the US along with Croatia, Bulgaria and Romanian Nazi states. Serbia never declared war on the US or its allies as it was occupied and terrorised by the Nazi's. The so called Nazi quisling in Serbia Nedic never declared war on the US or its allies, the same with Marshal Petain in France, both controversial figures and war heroes in World War I.
December 14 Croatia declares war on the United States of America.
December 15 Egypt breaks diplomatic relations with Hungary and Romania.

Surveys are only as good as the sampling strategy. Obviously those who wrote and administered it wish for a random sampling of the population. Instead, they probably only get the most motivated individuals. So, the numbers are probably a bit skewed to one side or another. Still, the number of people who dislike others is shameful. We need to focus on the betterment of our communities instead of expending our energies to hurt others. Imagine if that motivation to hate was turned toward building better communities within. Imagine what the result would be? The only people who deserve anger are those who conduct criminal acts against others. As for the rest, people just want a nice place to live, food, clothing, water, somewhere to exercise their creativity, and a little bit of peace and relaxation. We are all the same.
