Dear Professor perhaps the west should have thought about that in teh first place.
I doubt the Serbs care about any implications since any changes will be to the benefit of Serbs. If the learned gentleman thinks we will give anything away he is sadly mistaken. However, I believe this talk of changing borders could be only a ploy since time will erode any interest in Kosovo. It has a two pronged affect; first it is to continue the stagnation of what little economy that exists in Kosovo and the second the Albanian population will disintegrate with the young leaving for the west and elderly dying.

With the change in borders there will be no reason for having aCommunity of Serb Munincipalities in North Kosova. East Kosova wil rejoin its motherland, the Republic of Kosova.

I feel sorry for you that you think you are fooling anyone with your false bravado. It is quite evident you are crushed that Kosova is gaining the Presheva valley, not to mention the Serb leadership has sold you down the river for their own personal interests.

Well you are going to get your wish and Albos will live in poverty since no one will invest in Kosovo. We have already had your Albos posing as “Serbs” with fake ID trying to get jobs in Nis and now Kragujevac. Sadly, they were exposed and returned to Kosovo.

Most Albanian youth brings their money back from the West to their families, how do you think they build those massive mansion looking homes in such a poor country. The new borders will favor Albanians overall because minorities within the new Kosovo will be less in terms of percentage. Adding in Albanians from Presevo Valley and removing northern Serbs from the equation lowers the overall percent of minorities. That could prompt a new electoral reform that removes guaranteed seats in the future.

The Serb leadership has not betrayed anyone. The west could not force Serbs to anything before when it things were very difficult, but now it’s totally different. Tadic could not do it and Vucic will not. Its Serb politics to go around and around in circles while the EU gives money for more infrastructure.
Even your Thaci has said that Serbia is in no hurry on Kosovo. Kosovo has no investment while the young leave at every opportunity and in a few years, it will be like Croatia; a big retirement village.

Why would Albanians want to do that, there will be no guaranteed seats, you'll get only that much as u deserve. Besides you will be the one gaining after all, getting Trepca mining complex !
