Brussels should accept Serb-Albanian agreement

EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn said that Brussels should accept an agreement between Serbs and Albanians to settle their dispute over Kosovo.

Why is Hans expressing an option on internal Serbian affairs (Kosovo)?

If EU supports Albanian separatist movement in Kosovo then by natural extension does EU also support separatists in Catalona (Spain), Basque (Spain), Basque (France), Brittany (France), Flanders (Belgium), Faroe (Denmark), Aland (Finland), Lusatia (Germany), Limburg (Netherlands), Scotland (UK), Northern Ireland (UK), what’s Hans position on those separatist movements?
